Cancellation Policy 

At JRS Computer House, we follow standard e-commerce and marketplace practices to ensure a smooth order experience. 

Order Cancellation by Customer 
Customers may cancel their order while it is still in “To Ship” or pending status, provided the order has not yet been processed or handed over to the courier. 

Once the order has been processed, packed, or arranged for shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. 

Orders that are already shipped or out for delivery cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refuse to receive the item or coordinate with our support team for further assistance, subject to applicable return policies. 

Order Cancellation by JRS Computer House 
JRS Computer House reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions: 

  • Item(s) are out of stock or unavailable  

  • Order is flagged as fraudulent or high-risk  

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information (e.g., invalid address or contact details)  

  • Failure to respond to order verification requests within a reasonable timeframe  

  • Other situations where the order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., supplier issues, discontinued items)  

Failed Delivery 
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be cancelled. Redelivery may be arranged subject to additional charges and confirmation.

Placing an order with JRS Computer House is quick and easy:

  1. Add to cart or buy now 
    Click “Buy It Now” for immediate checkout, or “Add to Cart” to continue shopping.  

  1. Proceed to checkout 
    Click the Shopping Cart icon and select “Proceed to Checkout.”  

  1. Log in or create an account 
    Sign in to your existing account or register for a new one.  

  1. Confirm delivery details 
    Select an existing address or enter a new delivery address.  

  1. Select shipping method 
    Choose your preferred delivery option 

  1. Apply discount (if applicable) 
    Enter any valid promo or discount code.  

  1. Choose payment method 
    Select your preferred payment option and complete the transaction.  

  1. Order confirmation 
    You will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully placed.

We offer multiple secure and convenient payment options: 

1. Credit / Debit Card 

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards issued in the Philippines. 

  • Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.  

  • For verification purposes, customers may be required to present:  

  • The card used for payment  

  • A valid government-issued ID  

  • If the cardholder is different from the customer, an authorization letter and valid ID of the cardholder may be required 

  • Failure to provide required documents may result in order cancellation.

2. Bank Transfer 

Customers may pay via direct bank transfer through supported partner banks. 

  • Follow the provided bank details during checkout  

  • Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed  

  • Supported banks may include BPI, UnionBank, and other partner banks

3. eWallets 

We accept popular eWallet payment options such as: 

  • GCash

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) 

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations. 

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 2–3 business days  

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery  

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
