WARRANTY POLICY
JRS Computer House
1. Warranty Coverage
JRS Computer House warrants that products sold are free from manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.
Unless otherwise stated, warranty coverage is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, and is non-transferable, applicable only to the original purchaser with a valid official receipt.
Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement only and does not include refunds, unless expressly approved by JRS Computer House.
2. 7-Day Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Replacement
Defective items may qualify for replacement within seven (7) calendar days from purchase, subject to strict compliance with the following:
- Item must be complete, unused, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and inclusions must be intact
- No physical damage, misuse, or tampering
- Valid proof of purchase must be presented
All items are subject to inspection and validation. Approval of replacement is at the sole discretion of JRS Computer House.
3. Product-Specific Warranty Terms

JRS Computer House reserves the right to apply manufacturer warranty terms where applicable.
4. Warranty Exclusions (Strictly Not Covered)
Warranty shall be void and rejected under any of the following conditions:
- Physical damage (including dents, cracks, scratches, liquid damage)
- Electrical damage (incorrect voltage, power surge, improper installation)
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering (including broken warranty seals)
- Missing, altered, or defaced serial numbers
- Damage caused by external factors (fire, flood, pests, natural disasters)
- Compatibility issues with other hardware/software
- Normal wear and tear
- Dead pixels within manufacturer-acceptable limits
- Software-related issues (installation, viruses, OS errors)
- Absence of valid proof of purchase
Any item failing inspection under these conditions will be automatically denied warranty.
5. Warranty Claims Process
Submission Requirements
To initiate a claim, the customer must:
- Submit a completed Warranty Request Form
- Provide a copy of the official receipt
- Return the item in secure and proper packaging
Failure to meet these requirements will result in automatic rejection of the claim.
Processing Procedure
- Warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval by JRS Computer House
- Approved items will be forwarded to the supplier or manufacturer
- A Warranty Service Form will be issued upon acceptance
- Processing time is up to 30 business days or longer, depending on supplier timelines
JRS Computer House does not guarantee turnaround time and shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.
6. E-Commerce Warranty (Shopee / Lazada / Website)
- Returns within 7 days must be processed through the respective platform
- Beyond 7 days, standard warranty procedures apply
Customers are responsible for proper packaging and shipping. Any damage incurred during transit due to poor packaging will void the warranty.
7. Warranty Resolution
At its sole discretion, JRS Computer House may:
- Repair the defective item
- Replace with the same or equivalent unit
- Issue store credit if replacement is not available
Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued in exceptional cases approved by management.
Store credits, if issued, may have a validity period and are non-convertible to cash.
8. Return and Refund Conditions
Return and refund requests are subject to validation and approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on payment method:
- COD / eWallet: up to 10 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: up to 21 business days
- Installment providers: subject to partner processing timelines
All refunds are subject to inspection results and compliance with policy conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
JRS Computer House shall not be liable for:
- Data loss, software corruption, or system downtime
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, profit, or opportunity
Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to submitting any item for warranty.
10. Final Authority
JRS Computer House reserves the absolute right to:
- Determine validity of warranty claims
- Approve or reject claims based on inspection results
- Interpret and enforce this policy
All decisions made by JRS Computer House are final and binding.
1. Warranty Coverage

2. Seven (7)-Day Outright Replacement
Products found to be defective may be eligible for outright replacement within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to the following:
- Item must be in new condition, complete, and in original packaging
- All accessories and inclusions must be intact
- A valid official receipt must be presented
Strict Policy: No Packaging, No Return. No Receipt, No Warranty.
All items are subject to inspection and approval. JRS Computer House reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement.
3. Standard Warranty
After the seven (7)-day replacement period, items are no longer eligible for outright replacement but may still be processed under the applicable standard warranty period, subject to evaluation.
4. Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim, customers must present:
- The item (with intact JRS warranty sticker, if applicable)
- Valid proof of purchase / official receipt
Failure to provide the required documents will result in denial of the claim.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection. Processing may take up to 30 days or longer, depending on supplier or manufacturer timelines.
If the item is no longer available or has reached end-of-life, JRS Computer House may issue store credit equivalent to the item’s value. Customers may opt to upgrade by paying the difference.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
Warranty coverage shall be void under the following conditions:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage due to natural events (e.g., fire, flood, pests, power surge)
- Any form of modification, tampering, or unauthorized repair
- Product incompatibility with other devices or systems
- Software-related issues (e.g., OS, drivers, viruses)
- Expired warranty period
- Absence of valid proof of purchase
6. Non-Covered Damages
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Corrosion or rust
- Missing, altered, or soldered components
- Damaged ports, connectors, or pins
- Burnt PCB or chipset
- Tampered or damaged serial number labels
For Monitors / LCD Displays:
- Cracked external or internal glass
- White spots, black spots, or line defects
- Liquid damage or LCD corrosion
- Surface scratches
- Dead pixels within manufacturer-acceptable limits (e.g., fewer than 5 pixels)
General:
- Broken, cut, or missing cables
- Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors
7. Final Provision
JRS Computer House reserves the right to determine the validity of all warranty claims and the appropriate resolution (repair, replacement, or store credit). All decisions are final and binding.
